Best Massage Charlotte NC

The importance of giving back to the community that has shaped the heart and soul of my business, as well as myself, is paramount. A different campaign gets the spotlight each season, so feel free to share the story of your favorite organization that you believe is making our world a lovelier place. They just might get chosen next!

For the Summer season of 2008, 10% of all post-tax profits for Barefoot Massage sessions booked online will be donated to Friends of Feral Felines.

THEIR STORY: FRIENDS OF FERAL FELINES

Friends of Feral Felines (FFF) is a nonprofit organization committed to the humane management of feral cats. We help the public trap, sterilize, vaccinate, and release feral cats.  FFF is one of the only rescue groups of its kind in the Charlotte metro area.

We serve as a resource center by educating the public about feral cats, renting humane (live) traps, lending carriers and cages, providing information about low-cost spay / neuter for homeless cats and publish a quarterly newsletter to keep the community informed of our efforts.

Central Asia Institute supports community-based education programs, especially for girls, in remote mountain regions of Central Asia, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Each project involves local people in all phases of projects: to plan, implement and evaluate. A committee of elders and experts guides each selected project. Before a project starts, the community matches Central Asia Institute project funds with equal amounts of local resources and labor. Such commitment ensures the project's viability and long term success.

AUTUMN 2006 : PROJECT HALO

Project HALO is a non-profit, NO-KILL animal rescue organization based in Charlotte, NC.  Currently we are a 100% volunteer organization and are privately funded. Without volunteers and private donations we would not exist.  We rescue homeless, stray and unwanted dogs and cats. We take care of all the vet work including shots, sterilization and heartworm treatment, when necessary. All of Project HALO's animals are vet current and sterilized prior to adoption. We feel that this is the only way to run an animal shelter in a responsible manner.
