Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy®
Are you ready to leave massage by hand in your distant past? Ashiatsu is an ancient form of barefoot massage from Asia with a truly Western flare. Parallel bars are suspended from the ceiling, which I use for control and balance. Soft, clean feet and crème are used to produce a gracefully smooth and deep, therapeutic massage. This treatment is optimal for physically fit individuals, larger clients and those who can never get enough pressure in a massage. Having a direct apprenticeship with the Founder of this therapy, I am certified in all levels of advanced techniques that are necessary for an extraordinary experience.

Deeperwork™
Calling all of you ‘hurt so good' lovers out there! Deeperwork™ is a barefoot technique focused on the release of myofascial trigger points, the hypersensitive knots in muscle that are tight and painful. This gravity-assisted massage is typically performed with minimal oil or crème. It utilizes slow, deep compression in combination with acupressure to effectively treat chronic pain, restrictions and hypertonic muscles. This massage is usually reserved for athletes or those who are very physically fit – people with a greater understanding of the body and an expectation for work that not only feels good in the moment, but also relieves ongoing tension.
